Is Mikee being pressured?

It seems like Big Brother is testing Mikee, ang pambato ng mga Atenista, with what has been happening inside the Pinoy Big Brother House. At bakit ko naman sinabi yun? Nagkaroon kasi ng teen debate where ex Pinoy Big Brother Season 1 Second Big Placer Jason Gainza served as host. Ang debateng ito ay patawa lamang at hindi seryoso. Naglaban ang natitirang male housmeates na sina Gerald at Mikee habang pinapanood sila ng mga girls. At sa huli si Gerald ang nanalo sa debate. Ang prize pala sa debate ay…. isang date with Kim. Magandang prize yun. Napaisip tuloy ako kung sadya bang pinatalo si Mikee para si Gerald ang makadate ni Kim. Dahil ba dito magseselos si Mikee. Gumagawa nga ba ng ways si Kuya para mapagselos si Mikee para sabihin na niya ang kanyang nararamdaman para kay Kim? At may gagawin nga bang pagtatapat si Mikee dahil dito? Abangan na lang natin.

Kim, first time umiyak sa PBB house

Kagabi ay pinakita ang unang beses ng pag-iyak ng Chinese cutie from Cebu na si Kim. Ito ay naganapo dahil sa nabanggit kay Kim ng isa pa niyang kasama sa loob ng bahay na si Mommy Jam. Sabi kasi ni Mommy Jam na parang hindi siya nalungkot o umiyak sa paglabas ng kanyang dalawa pang kasama na si Olyn at Matt habang ang lahat sa kanila ay nalulungkot. Nilabas naman ni Kim ang kanyang saloobin kay Big Brother at sinabi na hindi talaga siya iyakin dahil alam niyang hindi aalis ang problema kahit umiyak siya. Nilinaw ni Big Bro na ok lang umiyak at hindi ito sukatan ng kahinaan. Minsan kasi ay kailanagn din umiyak upang i-express ang sarili. Kahanga-hanaga din ang pagiging matapang nitong si Kim. Pero sana ay matutunan din niya na ok lang din paminsan minsan maglabas ng lungkot at emosyon lalo na kung may mga mabuti kang kaibigan na pwede mong hingahan ng sama ng loob tulad ng kanyang mga teen housemates. Parang nakaganda rin naman yung pangyayaring iyon sa kanya dahil nakita rin natin na kahit ang tingin natin sa kanya ay matapang at matigas, may puso din siya na naapektuhan.

Mikee and Clare: May nagbabadyang away?

Mukhang masusubukan ang pagkakaibigan ng mga housemates sa loob ng bahay ni Kuya. E, pano si Big Brother nagpatugtog ng mga conversation ng housemate na si Clare at Kim tungkol sa isa pa nilang housemate na si Mikee. Isa lamang ito sa maraming pagsubok ni Big Brother sa mga housemates ngunit mukhang mahihirapan ang mga taong involved lalo na si Mikee. Na-test na ang intellectual capacity ni Mikee as shown sa mga mental tasks na ipinagawa sa kanila. Sa pangyayaring ito mukhang ang emotional stability naman ni Mikee ang sinusubok ni Kuya. Kakayanin kaya niya ang lahat ng ito? At ano naman ang gagawin ni Clare? Aaminin niya ba ito o babawiin niya lahat ng kanyang sinabi? Kahit sino naman sa kanilang dalawa ay mahirap ang posisyon ngayon. Alam naman nating ayaw natin magkaroon ng sino mang kaaway lalo na pag kaibigan mo yung magiging kaaway mo. I really don’t like to be in their shoes right now. I guess dito masusubok ang tatag nila bilang magkaibigan at bilang isang tunay na kabataang Pinoy. Sana wala lang mangyaring away o di pagkakasundo among the housemates pero if it happens sana lang they get to learn from it. Gusto ko pareho sila Mikee and Clare kasi may qualities naman sila worthy to be emulated ng mga kabataang Pinoy. Sana hindi mabago ng pangyayaring ito yung tingin kong iyon.

Public service inside the PBB House

The teen housemates have made their contributions in doing some sort of public service even if they have had no contact with the outside world for about 4 weeks now. And how are the housemates able to do this? Thanks to Big Brother’s tasks which are aimed for giving and sharing, the teen hosuemates do help others outside. So what taks do I remember where the housemates committed some form of public service?

There’s this yellow ribbon task that they had to paint. This was a board that they had to paint where a yellow ribbon was drawn. This is now in front of the Pinoy Big Brother House where onlookers could get a chance to write something on the board for a fee of 100 pesos that comes with a yellow ribbon. All proceeds will go to the Cancer Warriors Foundation which explains the yellow color of the ribbon.

Another task I remeber was when the hosuemates assembled bikes. They were divided into two groups and had to assemble and ride on the bikes on the quickest time. I remeber this task because of Matt’s remark on Olyn when she rode the bike. He was teasing Olyn about the tires being flat because of Olyn. The assembled bikes went to charity which probably was a foster home or something like that. There’s also this task were the hosuemates had to pack a 100 packs of Binalot. These were delivered and distributed to MMDA personnel by ex teen housemates Nina, Mikki, Fred and Bam.

Jamilla is very lucky to be the beneficiary of help. Her baby Miggy who has undergone one operation will be receiving four more operations thanks to a group of generous doctor from St Luke’s hosptial. Because of this another group was willing to sponsor two other children with cleft pallette. If you know children with cleft pallette you may send entries to the Pinoy Big Brother House.

I hope they continue to bring smiles not only to their viewers but also to the needy as well.

Dating game PBB Teen edtion style

As part of efforts to challenge the remaining housemates, Big Brother designed a dating game for the girl housemates. All these was designed so that Olyn, the wannabe teen star from QC, would face her fear of scary stuff (which includes Pinoy Big Brother Season One’s Frankie).

The dating game set up happened in the living room area where the TV is located. The male housemates watched on as the dating game took place. Of course there were a lot of laughs heard in the process especially with the questions and things that the searcher wanted the searchees to do. The girl teen housemates were not able to see who the searcher was since he stayed in the confession room. The teen housemates thought all the while that the seacher was Celebrity Edition Big Four Member, Zanjoe Marudo. Zanjoe was just the interpreter for the real searcher Frankie.

The girl teen housemates did their best in the dating game as they were game with evry question and every action that the searcher wanted them to do. In the end it was Olyn who was picked. She then proceded to the confession room to talk with Big Brother. She shared with Big Brother her excitement about the date that will take place. She also shared that she had a crush on Zanjoe ever since she saw her in Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition. Big Bro instructed her to get the clothes for her date and to go and proceed to the Storage Room where a make-up artist will attend to fix her. Olyn was made up iwhile blindfolded so she didn’t have an idea about what her look was until she came out of the storage room.

Olyn shouted as she saw her face on the mirror. This was funny. And even funnier was when the housemates looked into the window to see the set-up in the garden for Olyn’s date. Frankie stood outside beside the door waiting patiently for his date to come out of the house. Olyn however hesitated in going out seeing the reaction of her teen housemates after they looked outside the window. Of course, the teen housemates can’t keep themselves from laughing when they saw Frankie. With Olyn still scared, Frankie entered the House. The teen housemates ran into the girl’s bedroom to hide from Frankie. The housemates even hid under their beds’ cover as if it will shield them from Frankie. Matt started to have contact with Frankie and the other housemates soon connected with Frankie as well. However Olyn still kept crying in fright. (This was even funnier.)

In the end, the housemates were able to give enough support to Olyn. This gave Olyn enough courage to face Frankie and go on with their date. The housemates took pictures of Frankie with them. Frankie even blew his birthday cake. There was even this scene where Frankie gave a gift (a pair of shoes?) to Olyn. The enjoyable and exciting stay of Frankie ended with the housemates bidding goodbye to their new found big friend. This was one of the more enjoyable epsiodes of PBB Teen edtion I have seen so far.

Matt, Olyn, and Mikee are next nominees

Teen housemates Joaqui and Fred got evicted last Saturday night after garnering less than 20 percent of the votes each. For this coming eviction night Matt, Olyn, and Mikke had the most points against them. Matt and Olyn were tied as they got eight points each. Mikee was a distant second getting four points. Only one point separated Mikee and Gerald. Gerald got three points. Because there were no ties for the third placer, only three housemates are nominated. Who do you think will stay inside the Pinoy Big Brother House?

I am having a hard time making a prediction on who stays and who goes out. Olyn has proven she has supporters on her side. She beat Mikki and Nina on the first eviction night. At that time Nina was a strong contender because the male fans of PBB Teen edition would surely vote for her. I guess I was wrong or there were more Olyn fans who voted for Olyn than the male fans who voted for Nina. The two remaining nominess, Matt and Mikee are still untested in fan base and test votes since this is their first time to be nominated for eviction. Matt’s different look and happy go lucky attitude could earn him the votes needed. Of course he also has this thing about having a United Colors of Benntton family. He has American roots, his other sibling is Filipino, and his youngest brother has a Japanese father. This story of his is quite different which makes him an interesting personality inside the house. And last night, it seems that big Brother did find a way to find Matt’s father which he hasn’t seen. Pretty interesting, right? And the last nominee is Mikee. Mikee who is labeled ang Pambato ng mga Atenista, is a dark horse for this eviction night. With what he has shown inside the house, he has proven to be a good boy who excels in his studies. This I guess make him a good role model for others. Seeing this, will make others see that he is the teen housemate most deserving of staying inside the house. To top that, Mikee and Kim’s fan base is quite strong too. The Kim fans out there who like the Mikee and Kim loveteam may affect the text vote turnout and make Mikee have a nice lead over his two other co-nominees. This will prove to be an interesting eviction night come Saturday. Let’s just wait and watch what happens.

Fred wins Tarzan and Jane task

Fred, who happens to be one of the nominees for tomorrow’s eviction night, successfully completed the Tarzan and Jane task. Sa bagay nakakagulat pa ba yun? E si Commander Fred yata yun. Obvious namang kayang-kaya niya yun. O well at least may natanggap siyang magandang prize before eviction night. Baka kasi makasama siya sa dalawang evictees bukas ng gabi. Pero malabo pa naman ang lahat. Ang sigurado lang kasi na mapapaalis ay si Joaqui since I’m sure marami ang naiinis sa kayabangan niya. Good luck na lang sa lahat ng nominees.

Dancing in the Rain

The teen housemates will never get bored inside the Pinoy Big Brother House. This is what we saw yesteday on Pinoy Big Brother Primetime as the teen housemates seemed to enjoy each other’s company as they danced with feelings during the first rainfall after summer. The male housemates minus Gerald danced to the tune of Vhong Navarro’s Don Romantico while soaking in the rain drops. The other teen housemates also enjoyed watching all these happen. Because of this, Gerald decides to join the fun. The amazing Amerasian from Olongapo was also present while this whole thing was happening. Brenda also joined the gang in dancing.

Not to be outdone were the girls. They also requested Big Bro to play a song inside the house so they could dance as well. They danced Sandara’s latest hit Ang Ganda Ko. They were not good as the guys though who danced with feelings. Will the guys continue to dominate the house? Or will the girls step up as we move into the homestrecth of Pinoy Big Brother Teen edition? Continue to catch PBB Teen Edtion Prime time to find out.

Mikee gives up on rope climbing challenge

It seems that the force of gravity was too much for Mikee, ang pambata ng Atenista. After trying to climb the rope challenge which was set in the garden area of the Big Brother House, Mikee found it hard to climb the rope further saying he feels his shoulder will be dislocated if he goes on with the task. I guess with that the other girl housemates like Olyn felt ok to give up as well since Mikee did. With this Mikee was ‘beaten’ by Brenda and Kim. Though they had their obstacles and challenges in the rope climbing task, they were able to finish it. Will Kim be turned off at Mikee because of this?

Joaqui: Isang Boy Bastos?

Isa sa maraming pinakita kagabi ang nangyaring graded recitation ng mga housemates tungkol sa Teen Commandments. Apat lamang sa mga housemates ang matagumpay na nagtapos sa pag-recite ng teen commandments. Ang mga housemates na ito ay sina Jamilla, Joaqui, Mikee at Clare. Dahil ‘baguhan’ sa bahay itong si Joaqui, inatasang gawing tutor niya para sa Teen commandments itong si Jamilla. Dito siguro nagmula ang isyu na nag-uunay sa kanilang dalawa. Bilang ‘prize’ para kay Joaqui pinapanood si Joaqui ng isang clip sa mga usapan ng ilan sa kanyang mga housemates. Nababastusan nga ba kay Joaqui ang mga teen housemates lalo na ang kababaihan? Too put it bluntly, namamanyakan ba ang mga female teen housemates kay Joaqui kaya nila nasabi yun? Parang ganun kasi ang dating kasi sabi nga ng mga female teen housemates bakit si Joaqui ganun e yung ibang boys hindi naman. At least nalalaman natin kung bakit ba napakaraming votes na nakuha nitong si Joaqui sa nakaraang nomination. Ito pala ang naging dahilan kung bakit siya pinagdamit babae ni Big Bro. Naway may natutunana siyang aral sa punishment niyang iyon.

kaya lang… di ako masyadong believe sa powers niya… baka naman b4 she entered d haus nagresearch na siya about the birthdates and ambitions of the rest of the housemates… pa’no naman kasi consistent parati ‘yong questions niya… sana mag-ask naman siya ng other questions para hindi masyadong halatang niresearch…

pero, if that’s gonna be true.. well…….. saludo ako sa kanya… ang dami niya kasing capabilities…

gud luck nalang gurl… sana marealize ng dad mo kung gaano kasama ang binalak niyang pagpapaabort sayo noon… di sana siya magkakaroon ng anak na multitalented… ahihihi!!!
